The homeless can be anyone you know. Son/daughter, husband/ wife, a Mom/dad, a grandparent, or an Aunt/Uncle. A person.

In 2018, for every 10,000 people in the US, 17 people were experiencing homelessness.

In Ohio in 2018, nine out of 10,000 people were homeless. One in every 15 accessed homeless assistance services through shelters and/or housing programs.

Homelessness affects adults, youth, families with children, veterans, those with physical disabilities, substance use disorders, and/ or those that live with severe mental illness that is experiencing personnel hardship with no alternative family/friends or resources to keep a roof over their heads.
